Actually a little conflict is a healthy thing. The checks and balances between the three branches of the government keep the government from leaning too far in one direction. I'm more worried when the three branches are too much in agreement, as they were during the first six years of the Bush administration. I wouldn't want to see the government 100% controlled by either party. The conflicts may slow things down, but they also keep us closer to the middle of the road, and closer to the intent of the Constitution.
