anyone else get completely weirded out by the pregnancy dreams we experience?

last night my dream was that i was living in a shelter. someone told me if i slept with my pants inside out, i would become pregnant. so i did this. and boom. i was pregnant.

they thought i needed training so they transformed my mom into a little baby and i had to carry her around but she could talk to people like her normal self. then they were like "you're only like 1 years old you cant talk!" and she'd be like "no! i'm 37!" and magically transform into her normal self again. but then i would touch her and she'd be a baby again.

i have never had such interesting dreams before. sometimes i'm afraid to even sleep because i wonder about them the whole next day. haha. anyone else have this weird of dreams?

yeah. i found it kind of symbolic, too. my mom is in jail, i havent seen her physically for a year. never ever got along with her until now. maybe it's my fear of having a relationship like that with my child.

I have had the most vivid and bizarre dreams since becoming pregnant! It's weird because they SEEM so real, but they're so psychotic there's no way they could be. LOL

You wake up shaking your head and either laughing or wanting to cry. Some of mine have really been frightening, but for the most part, they're sort of funny to think about.

I've only had two about the baby. In the first one, I had the baby at like 20 weeks. I wasn't even showing yet (I've been carrying small this entire time), so I was concerned that the baby would be ridiculously small. I went to the hospital's NICU center to check on him... it was a boy, and he was an ugly 50 lb. obese, sumo-wrestler baby with thick black hair! I was amazed, disgusted, and I couldn't figure out how THAT had fit inside me.

In my second dream, I gave birth to a boy by the creek that runs through my grandparent's property in North Carolina.

We found out at 26 weeks that we were having a boy, so I wonder if these dreams were prophetic? I don't believe in dreams, but it's interesting to think about... I'll admit that they really convinced me to expect a boy. :)

My sister-in-law is pregnant. I dreamed they would have a girl, so it'll be fun to see if my dream is right again. I sort of hope not b/c it would really creep me out!

i have terribly vivid dreams now that im pregnant. they can b REALLY good (include orgasms that i seem to feel n my sleep) or REALLY bad (about my fiance cheating, nightmares). i was weirded out by them at first but now that i only have 2 more months to go i just deal with them and know that they r a part of my pregnancy.

Whoa, I find this kinda symbolic. It's like this. You only get two chances at the mother child relationship. One with your own mom, and one with your own children.

I had dreams so realistic that when I woke up I had trouble figuring out what was real and what I had a dream about.
