Cheney's been pressing Bush hard for sometime now to hit Iran, while Condi seems to want more of the diplomatic approach. Bush seems to be leaning more on Cheney's side to hit Iran. Why isn't that surprising to anyone who hears it? Could it be that Bush is anxious to bomb a country who doesn't pose an immediate threat to us? Now, didn't we already do this kind of thing with Iraq, and didn't that prove to be a bad move? The Impeachment of Bush and Cheney must happen, before those two have a chance to wipe everyone else out besides the troops and contractors and Iraqi Civilians. The dictators need to go, the Constitutional values need to be restored and the people need to press Congress even harder than before that Bush and Cheney be held accountable for the actions taken against the people and the Constitution while they have served in office.

Cheney probably just wants to make some more money from those no bid Halliburton contracts.

You make some excellent points. I wish Bush had a brain. It is like our country has the Scarecrow as the president and the Darth Vader for the vice president.

Cindy Sheehan wants them impeached, it does seem that lying about going to war might be more significant than lying about cheating on your wife. The problem is we had a bunch of Senators who didn't think this issue was important enough to debate. Some of them even admitted to not ready the intelligence or war plan. You cant just blame the President when no one was minding the store.

We need to realize that party politics is impeding our country from achieving the greatness it is called for. We need to move away from partisan hacks like Hillary and Giuliani. And we can not allow the congress to blindly back the idiot and the evil man.

It is not a surprise at all. that idiot Vice president is sick.. both in body and mind. Just because he may not be long for this world, I guess he doesn't mind ending it for the rest of us.

Where is our congress.. why are they not impeaching him and Bush.. What are they waiting for.. A World War?

Because that is what it will be if America goes after Iran right now.. the Arab states are not going to sit still for that.. they will attack Israel so fast their head will spin and Israel will react with a nuclear bomb.... BANG!!!!! I will be all over for all of us.

I'd prefer economic sanctions to cripple their economy, in the hopes of the people revolting against Ahmadenejean (however you spell his name). Military action as a last resort, but it may come to that if China and Venezula keep aiding Iran's economy.

Well, Iraq's prime minister has started whistling the tune that the U.S. should leave Iraq. Iran seems to be on the agenda.

Edit: Oh yeah, Michael Chertoff of Homeland Security said he had a "gut" feeling that a terror attack was going to happen this summer. Obviously they plan on poking the bee hive like how they used 9/11 as an example to attack Iraq.

"The president also was asked whether it was appropriate for Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff to say he had a "gut feeling" there might be a terror attack this summer. "My gut tells me that which my head tells as well, is that: When we find a credible threat, we'll share it with you," Bush said."

**Aww, someone marked me down even though I have a source.

I've been hearing that too and quite frankly, it scares me. Some may think me off the beaten path (Fox News calls people like me "looney"), but I believe that's the next goal for The Cabal -- hit Iran and continue the profits for the Military Industrial Complex (in the hundreds of millions now) and for Big Oil (in the billions now). I would be HAPPY to be wrong, truly. Remember, war is big money and to keep the money rolling in, you need to find someone to war with. It appears that the VP and President realize the people are REALLY soured on this war and they need something to re-invigorate their stance. So, you'll see more terrorist attacks, possibly on American soil or perhaps on an allies's ground. Then, the pre-text will be seemingly justified. I hope I'm dead wrong -- no pun intended.

Best,
GR

I think we need help from all the other countries that are nearer to Iran than us before we take on another war.

What do you expect? Bush and Cheney are business men, out to make quick dollars. They are getting rich off wars and high gas prices. Where are our soldiers at? Iraq...where are the terrorist at? afghanistan...what does afghanistan have nothing...what does iraq have oil.....sent the troops to iraq...

I wish people would stop posting stuff like this without links to the source of their information.

Maybe we can place a ban?
