Excellent question! By nature, and left to my own devices, I'm a solid 80~85% evil. Given the influences of external factors: friends, family, law enforcement; I'm more like 25~30% evil. As a good general rule, it's best not to leave me unsupervised for long periods of time.

Much less than I used to be.

Yay, therapy!

I used to treat myself very badly before I realized that I was ignoring the reality that I was abused and I don't need to abuse myself.

I had it all twisted--I thought I deserved to be abused and I even abused myself...I don't want to hurt myself like I used to.

Evil now just seems petty and boring and a waste of time. Depression isn't some magical esoteric knowledge--it's annoying and a total drag. I either feel sorry for evil people or avoid them, instead of trying to curry favor with them.

Evil sucks. It only seems cool because it has good PR.

I suppose it depends on your definition of evil!

If you are an Abrahamic Theist (Jew, Christian, Muslim) then since evil would be defined as anything that opposes god and I personally believe god to be a myth and all theistic religions to be a detriment to humanity, then from this perspective, I am 100% evil!

If you are more of a modern liberal moralist who believes that all life is precious, the weak should be catered to at the expense of the strong, violence is always wrong and being nice to people is always the best policy, then I am about 95% evil.

On the other hand, if you define evil as I do: Intentional and unrepentant ignorance*, indolence**, gluttony+, bigotry++ and cowardice.# {See notes below}

Then I am 0% evil.

I hope this helps.

--- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ---
NOTES:
--- --- --- --- --- --- --- --- ---
* Ignorance: The condition of being uninformed or uneducated. lacking knowledge or information
** Indolence: Habitually lazy, procrastinating, or resistance to physical or mental labor.
+ Gluttony: (archaic definition) Thoughtless and unreasonable excess. (This is not limited to food and drink by could include any substance (drugs, alcohol, tobacco, etc...), sex, gambling, etc... even money! [seeking money for the sake of having money or seeking it to the exclusion of all other pursuits would be gluttonous.])
++ Bigotry: Irrational intolerance and/or disdain of others based on racial, ethnical and/or cultural differences.
#Cowardice: Lack of mental or moral strength to venture, persevere, and withstand danger, fear, or difficulty to a reasonable level of commitment.

Everyone has their dark side. The trick is to only listen to the good side to become a better person. Most ppl seem to think more highly of me than I do of myself. It's called self-esteem - how I view myself. I see myself as basically good, but not perfect. So if you wanna know how good you are, ask somebody else, someone who knows you well, not yourself.
Asking negative questions will generally get negative answers.

It could be that evil people do not realize they are evil. Just like some overweight people do not realize they are overweight.
