He's annoying and he's doing commercials for Match.com too! Opinions?

I really really dont like him....his stupid voice and bald head.....I hate him....I cant believe he is with match now.....grrrr

Dr Phil needs to stay in his office and work with people who are as pathetic as him. He's a hasbeen. Was cool like 3 years ago and knows he's falling down the tubes and that's why he's doing Match.com. My opinion at least.

As my therapist said, he's a bull in a china shop.
I don't see how anybody would be out of it enough to need a "wakeup call" yet with it enough to actually get any good out of that wakeup call. People who are screwing up their lives kinda know they're doing it, but you can't just tell them and expect them to be like, oh, wow! Now I totally understand and I'm going to turn my life around based on a 10-minute segment on a TV show.
He does psychology a real disservice because he makes people nervous that therapy is confrontational like his show. Plus, he doesn't show all the hard work that actually goes into changing your life.
Ugh.
I'm glad I started therapy well before I ever saw him.
He'd have given me yet another reason to hesitate getting the help I needed because I'd be worried about seeing somebody like him.
If your real therapist is like Dr. Phil is on the show...run fast, run far.
Ugh. All ratings and entertainment value.
No real therapy.

I don't care for the match.com commercials because Dr Phil telling me it's all right doesn't make it all right. I very seldom wanted him on Oprah and don't really listen to him now. He's okay for other people but not for me.

that's a very stable teach. He sends the individuals to places which could help them; therapists and rehabilitation centers and so on. after speaking on television to confirm what the difficulty is exactly. He makes money from the teach besides as helping countless human beings. it quite is a win, win difficulty. great interest Dr. Phil. Oprah did no longer have you ever on her teach for no longer something.

Some of the stuff he says is interesting, but he goes to fast.
He (*and his wife Robin) are both children of alcoholics, but he uses very strange and unhelpful methods with the alcoholics on his show. None of his techniques would work with alcoholism. He never addresses their problems correctly, and doesn't mention AA or ALANON as the proper therapy groups for these people (or himself and his wife.)

He was good but now he is being very commercialized and I don't like it...he seems like they are trying to turn him into a modern jerry springer.

Around my house we call him the "pompous @&&" insert a three letter work that starts with "a" and ends in "s" for the @&&. Enough said on how we feel about him.
