medical term is dyspareunia. I have it each time I have intercourse. I've also been diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic-Ovary-Syndrome), this comes with a few more indications. The best thing to do is see your gyno or at least have a talk with your doc about it. Pain is never normal!

You can check out some more info at web MD. Love the site!

You could have cysts on your ovaries. Or he could have bruised your cervix with all the thrusting. I had that happen once and thought I was pregnant. For a little over week I had cramps like you couldn't believe. I got dizzy a lot. And neausous. I went to my gyno expecting her to tell me I was preggers. A little embarssed when she told me to tell my bf to be more gentle. The pain and everything went away a few days after going to the doc.

Since the pain is on one side and not so much the other then I'd say you probably have a cyst on that ovary. Go to your gyno...usually it can be treated.

you don't get braxton and hicks at 2 weeks, but you can have a sensitive spot that might be causing the pain. Also do you go to the toilet regular I mean for a poo, as if you have any problem with your bowel even a sluggish bowel can cause a hell of a lot of cramping pain. it could also be a water infection and you real should nip to your doctors and tell your nurse if needs be.

Braxton Hicks don't come until much further along in a pregnancy. Painful intercourse is not uncommon but you should discuss it with your doctor.

Girl, the best thing to do is go to the gyno...Only he can check very well everything, maybe with and ultrasound, to see what's wrong with you and from there he could send medication. Good luck.

I would see a gyno, painful sex can be signs of an STD or endometriosis.
