Hi RENA!
a really good question, but very difficult to answer to choose from so many things that make me happy
- is it listening to good lyrics and music
- is it having a quiet outing with my wife and two daughters
- is it watching the shine in the eyes of my junior co-workers
after having accomplished a project
- is it visiting a friend/relative when he/she has to be stood
by in the hours of emergency
- is it donating blood (mine is O-ve, i donate quite regularly)
- or is it one of those regular visit to Orphanage or school
for blinds when i help them with some clothings/books/the
things of daily requirements
i think sharing whatever i have/and can with those who are needy makes me the happiest guy around as it gives me immense amount of peace of mind and a sense of reassurance that this world, despite all the miseries and shortcomings, is still a beautiful place to live in.
keep posting such questions..they surely help to rejuvenate ones self.

When I go to my mail-box and find there the line:
"Rena hizo una pregunta en Yahoo".
(I do´nt know why it says that in spanish, means Rena asked a question in Yahoo).
This is a happy moment, another interesting question with other answers from interesting persons, giving us the chance to express or receive opinions and experiences and to share a litlle bit of our lives together. Thank you !

If I am running a sleep deficit like I am now, it is impossible for me to remain happy for long - even if everything is great and I am surrounded by those I love. It affects everything. I feel like half my brain went on vacation somewhere.
G'night all.

Able to witness sunrise daily . It is a marvelous feeling . Beats all. As if you are communicating with the creator ahead of the rest of the world .

Hey there, name one thing? That is, for me, IMPOSSIBLE. I'd venture to say that 98% of LIFE makes me happy. Isn't it all attitude, perception, opening all the doors? (I like the words harmony, contentment, joy--much better--but it's your question!) There's no scale, no measuring stick. Things that make me "happy" are equal, & different.

Having Dreams. ( My husband chased a rainbow for my daughter and I for two hours! We never did find the end but it was the imagination of what would be at the end that tickled us!)
