First, I have never heard of paral, perpendi, or neith. Do you mean parallel, perpendicular, or neither?

Second, Line 2 is not a line. Do you mean 2x + y = 6?

If so, line 1 has a slope of 2. Line 2 has a slope of -2. Therefore, they are neither.

Notice, both functions have 2 in front of the x. This figure, co-efficient to the x is the slope. They are equal. That means the lines are parallel to each other. Should they be perpendicular, they will be the negative reciprocal.
