Your best option is probably Concord Trailways buslines for $15 one way. Here's the link to their schedule.

2nd best is probably the train (Amtrak) which'll get you from Boston to Manchester in about an hour (station to station), except Amtrak uses connecting bus service too! Here's their link.

Vermont transit Lines also operates in that corridor. Here's their schedule info.

There is also a FREE shuttle (Manchester Bus) from Charleston, BUT ONLY IF you are departing/arriving on a flight into Manchester. However, you didn’t mention anything about flying into/out of Manchester, so you’re probably out of luck on this one.
However, if you depart/arrive on a flight into Manchester airport, you can take the Manchester shuttle from Woburn/Charleston/Sullivan Square after catching the MBTA (subway/bus) to there. It's every two hours (not hourly as some people say). Then again, you could always call to see if they’d take your Logan ticket as a transfer.
Here’s the link for more info including timetable, contact info, connecting info, and conditions for the free shuttle.

So, net/net, bus it is!
Hope that helps!

All depends, probably could find a shuttle that flys there, most likely really small plane. Or get the T and can get am track to Dover, NH and then bus from there. If not there are a lot of ways to get around in the area

go down to your local private airport and shmooz a ride with someone flying to manchester. Fun and interesting. I have done this dozens of times. Its easier than it sounds. Especially if you don't care where you end up.

I would say that a sling fashioned from the husk of a coconut carried by 2 African swallows would be the cheapest way to get there.
