It varies. Mine was 6 months when he got his. Some babies are born with teeth eventhough this is rare.

They are usually around 6 months old when they show signs of teething. Such as drooling, biting things. But my pediatrician told me that babies can start teething as early as 3 months. My son has been drooling like crazy and biting on anything he can for the last two months and he is 5 1/2 months old. Also they can show signs of teething for a couple of months before they even start cutting teeth.

Generally between 5 to 8 months. Could be a little earlier or a little later. When we had our antenatel 6 month re-union one girl had 6 teeth already so she started at 4 months. My son took about 7 to get his first 2 and now at 1 yr old has 6.

Every child is different...some are born with teeth, some don't get any until after their first birthday....on average, probably 6-10 months old.

the doctors say 6 months is "average" but they are all different, my first got her first 2 teeth at 3 months and my second didn't get hers untill 8 months and they are both perfectly happy and healthy.
