I live alone, and about 2-3 times a week I BBQ a fillet Mignon steak. I make with this, 2 large portebello mushrooms sauteed, and a handful of jumbo shrimp sauteed in garlic butter. usually no room for a salad.

Seafood would be like my third choice going into a restaurant. I DESPISE squid but i LOVE shrimp, crabs and some types of fish. Everyone vaqries but i suppose you know that and was just being curious! : D

I am new to seafood and in the process of learning to apprecaite it. My favorite is stuffed mushrooms and claim strips.

I have an allergy to seafood.. but I keep eating it... guess as long as I can still breath its not a bad allergy! lol
