If you assume that love is a limited resource, I suppose that it could be. I tend to think that love is an experience, so therefore it can't be wasted. You always learn something, and experience something in love. Maybe it's not great. Maybe it's not even good. It's sometimes even pretty awful, but it is what it is. It's not wasted, because it helps you form your bigger concept of love. You could possibly "waste" the experience of love, by not learning from it, or not experiencing it to the fullest, but even then I think you still experience something, so...Nah! ;)

it kinda can but at the same time it can't you know every time you love you learn a lesson but you have to just love any1 you won't find your true love you know so it can and can't
