But when I try to connect to a network, its [says cannot find a network], but in my cousin's computer it has a huge list of connections. Do I have to register or something. Also I live nearby a unsecrured internet access, and I would really like to use that unsecrured internet, can someone please help me clearly and easly.

Is your wireless card connected properly and working?
Did Windows recognize the card?

If your cousin is using a wireless card, try his and see if it's an issue with your computer instead of the card.

Oh, and if you live by an unsecured network, remember that it THE OWNER CAN TRACK YOU and it is illegal to use his network without his consent.

It is illegal to tap into any unsecured private wireless network. If it is a public wireless network you can tap into it.

You have to activate your wireless radio and then tune into the legal sites.

Some people purposely put up unsecured connections to steal data from or hack into your computer so I would think twice about doing that. Not to mention people have gotten jail time for doing it.
