Because it is all hot, and gooey and melty, Chicago's pizzas are the best! Everything is great about pizza, I can even say I love pizza after I burn the roof of my mouth with hot cheese! Pizza rules! Now, I must go have some!

Because like everythign else that tastes awesome, it's got a lot of fat in it. :) God I love pizza too. My favorite has to be ham and pineapple though Papa John's Spinach Alfredo pizza with fresh tomatoes is really really yummy.

I don't know, but I am sitting here eating some as I answer this question. It is called the "Big Earner" form Good Fellas Pizza and it ROCKS!

There just something about the crust, sauce and cheese together in the right proportions making pizza-eating a definite sensual experience.....yum yum

It's variety. You can add basically anything you want to it. This inevitably leads to people repeatedly trying different combinations and then the successful recipes get served more often, leading to some awesome flat pastries.

It's american. You know this is the best example. Little kids, no matter what ethnicity they are. They could be fresh off the boat Asian, Indian, European. If you asked a little kid, what food do you want at your birthday party. The all say, "Pizza"

My theory. You get all the items of your daily intake in a single meal. Best part you get to pick it up to eat,no dishes if you use paper plates and it makes for nice leftovers.
