i think it's stupid because sometimes you're just really bored and all you have left is just answer questions...it's like when i cant answer questions anymore, what else can i do?????

I do not think its stupid to limit the amount of answers. There are jokesters around, who may say anything to accumulate points, not caring whether the answer is adequate.
It takes time and effort to write a good answer. Nobody gets paid for it, so it has to be an occasional thing. I know I have sit for hours, answering questions, and I have never approached the limit of answers.

I kind of agree.
But then, I think about those spammers who go around spamming answers with malicious links, or people who just like to go around writing, 'OK' as an answer.
I think they should implement those 'type the letters in the picture' tab when you reach past your answer limit. That way, it's kind of a hassle for those who write dumb answers.
