I couldn't tell you. I wasn't there.
But, unlike George who "can not tell a lie" (which is a lie in and of itself), I can tell a lie but, I choose not to.

I think the answer is no. What everyone seems to forget was that throughout his life Washington was concerned with his image. He wrote this way in his diary and lived his life this way. He tried to minimize his mistakes b/c basically he was vain and wanted and needed to look good for future generations.
Having an an affair especially with an American Indian woman was not the way to garner such a reputation.
Washington felt that one of the worst mistakes of his life was signing the document that basically said that he assassinated a French diplomat which was the spark that started the French & Indian War in America.
So even under duress and terrible conditions, Washington was always thinking about his rep.

I think he probably did. I read a long book about the Lewis and Clark expedition and some kinds of venereal disease were so common in those days that people didn't think they were even diseases. They got them from Indians. All across the country, Lewis and Clark's men slept with Indian women.
Considering that Washington was (1) in his 20s, (2) an officer with special privileges and (3) away from home, I think it's very likely that he did.

I agree with Mr. Knowital. Having sexual relations with native women is a common wartime practice. It is a symbolic projection of victory and definitely not a victimless practice. Whether or not the relations were consentual, I cannot surmise, but I'd throw money down on the assumption that some were not, seeing that Washington was incredibly high-ranking.

From what I have read, he was a morally upstanding and devoted person. I doubt he slept with any Native American women, because he couldn't have. He was never with Native Americans. The "Indians" were with the French, and would not have even encountered the British.

To be blatantly honest, it wouldn't surprise me. We like to put our founding fathers up on pedestals and think that they were perfect, always doing the right thing and never acting out of selfishness or arrogance. The truth is that no one is as perfect as we make them out to be, they were human as well. Most of our founding fathers and early presidents that we have turned into heroes had many adulterous relationships, many times with their slaves. They would even go as far as making secret hallways in their houses for their lovers to come and go. So... I really have never heard that Washington had relationships with the natives but it is entirely possible.

Puh-LEEEZE. This is nothing more than rumor mongering to smite down an American icon. It doesn't matter that he was a devote Christian because after all we all know what kind of horndog hippocrits the Christians are.
It is amazing how much people hate America, white people and to what lengths they will go to smite them. The man is in his grave for crying out loud. LEAVE HIM ALONE!
