As I don't know if your cell phone has the same features as mine I will tell you how to do it with mine.
My phone carrier also gives me a link to an internet page for my phone with a photo album I can upload into. Once I have it there I can download it onto my phone.
Go to your cell phone companies web page and see if they have that feature.
Mine also lets me send text messages from there to any person that has the same carrier and keeps a contact list in it for me. It is also the place I can change my phone package etc. It's all in the same place online.
Look for something that does those things with your carrier.

Add your email address to your contacts and then txt the photo to your email address.
