I would probably take Jeff Kent and Lackey, though it's pretty even. Haren is not the pitcher that he was in the first half and should fade in the second half. Wickman has been very inconsistent this year as a closer. Lackey is a great pitcher playing for one of the best teams in MLB. Kent is also solid.

Depends on each teams needs. Haren and Lackey are both great options and neither guy gets much better by trading those two...the trick to this deal involves whether or not Wickman is a needed commodity (closers, even fringe ones like Wickman can be fantasy gold) and the way the 2nd basemen arent producing this year outside of Utley (a couple others giving solid but not spectacular numbers) Kent could be a very valuable upgrade at 2nd where he is a top 5 producer this season among 2nd sackers. So if it upgrades both teams I see this as a nice even swap with the SP being pretty much a wash and the other 2 being either deal makers or deal breakers. If it fills needs on both sides then I see both guys getting quality.....fair trade....both guys get better (provided it fixs needs).

Wickman and Haren... Kent just isn't the same player he used to be... and for our purposes Haren is better than Lackey..

It depends on the team but the Haren side is getting pretty good pitching. I would take the Haren side.

Who ever gets wickman and haren. Haren is the real deal.
