If the recall is directed by National Department of Traffic Saftey try there web site. and ALL-DATA dot com. Auto-Zone.... But the final word is your Vin# and dealership where you take the car to have the recall repair done. They have to get reimbursed for recall repair so everything has to be right.

You can get the info online through All Data but, it will cost you. Call the dealer, give them the vin and, while you are at it, ask them to check for all of the technical bulletins

to get current recall information on any gm vehicle you may go to the gm owners web page at www.mygmlink.com. from there all you have to do is register your vehicle and you will automatically receive gm recall information via email. if you do not have access to the web the you may visit any local gm dealership. (i.e. Chevrolet , Pontiac , GMC , Buick )
