i unexpectantly just threw up everywhere.Well not everywhere,did manage to get it in the bin.I really shouldn't be here,feel shite :o(

my mother died suddenly in hospital
it totally came unexpected
and it knocked the stuffing right out of me
i know what the saying you could have knocked me down with a feather truly means now
it must be the most unexpected sneak up behind me
and kick me very hard up the backside time i have ever had
to get through and i am never going to be complacent about anything ever again! anything can happen in a instant fast as "click of my finger and thumb"that
