I don't know a story but maybe this will cheer you up, it did me, it's an email my sister sent me, so I will share it with you.
This says it all:
Time passes.
Life happens.
Distance separates.
Children grow up.
Jobs come and go.
Love waxes and wanes.
Men don't do what they're supposed to do .
Hearts break.
Parents die.
Colleagues forget favors.
Careers end.
BUT.........
Sisters are there, no matter how much time and how many miles are between you. A girl friend is never farther away than needing her can reach.
When you have to walk that lonesome valley and you have to walk it by yourself, the women in your life will be on the valley's rim, cheering you on, praying for you, pulling for you, intervening on your behalf, and waiting with open arms at the valley's end.
Sometimes, they will even break the rules and walk beside you...Or come in and carry you out.
Girlfriends, daughters, granddaughters, daughters-in-law, sisters, sisters-in-law, Mothers, Grandmothers, aunties, nieces, cousins, and extended family, all bless our life!
The world wouldn't be the same without women, and neither would I. When we began this adventure called womanhood, we had no idea of the incredible joys or sorrows that lay ahead. Nor did we know how much we would need each other.
Every day, we need each other still. Pass this on to all the women who help make your life meaningful. I just did. Short and very sweet:
There are more than twenty angels in this world.
Ten are peacefully sleeping on clouds.
Nine are playing.
And one is reading this at this moment.

I got my new car 2 weeks ago. Since, I've been in 2 (well, minor) accidents because 2 girls don't know what a red light means. Plus, i don't have insurance. Oh and 2 mechanics tried to cheat me because I'm a girl. Oh and my job sucks!
But the good news is I'm still cheerful!! (had to work hard on that, but still,..)
Cheerful story? I found a Lebanon category on Y!A, by chance! So here you go..

Once upon a time I read questions and answers of some one seem then three bad guys appeared suddenly in front of me looking at me as if they found a big fish.
It was on the beach of course (my home) I use to have many holes in the sand and cover it as a trap.
I lead 2 of the bad guys till they felt in the traps and guess what about the third one !!!

Yes,here is my story: Claire Vonseil was the most unhappy girl in all of Japan because she never moved around or went to different places. Then one day her parents told her they were moving to New York. In New York she became happy. She made tons of friends and she won a talent show. She also became the best swimmer in her grade. And she was happy from then on.
I hope you like it. its about me.
