No, and I think the World Title should be whenever champions from all 3 have a Triple Threat and whoever wins has the ultimate belt.
It's bad enough they had 2 belts, but now they have 3?
It's just too excessive now. A championship belt loses its meaning the more there are.

it should be ecw is apart of wweand the ecw title is the main title on ecw(its also the only)

I dont think it should. i think they should bring back the hardcore belt for ECW. i mean come on..johny nitro as ecw champion? thats so boring. i'd much rather see them be hardcore then be boring wouldnt you?
