Only if "once upon a time" you live in a place "far, far away" in a castle with a beautiful maiden.

Well, a baby dragon that is only a few inches long may not "eat" the lizard, but they are certainly not compatible species. It is even stressful for 2 beardies to be housed together and it isn't recommended. The long tailed grass lizard needs a much more humid environment than the beardie.
Even if you weren't planning on housing them together, you have to be careful with inter-species aggression. A bite from an adult beardie could kill the lizard.

Most likel;y, yes, anything smaller that the dragon that moves is usually considered a potential melal.

Never put two different species in the same cage . I would recommend doing some research on both at http://www.repticzone.com before they both end up dead.

Yes if its not one of them they'll eat anything that moves or at least try to.
