Really depends on the look your going for. Of course down can b sexy but u can achieve a really sophisticated look with your hair up and not forgetting some gorgeous up styles!

When you're in the office or school, tied up is the best choice because it doesn't get in your eyes when you work and it looks more professional. If you're going out with friends or clubbing, having your hair down looks more "fun"
