I like mellifluous - it's smooth & pleasant to the ears, and that's also what it means.

Serendipity refers to things that just happen to occur by fate, chance, and some mysterious cosmic destiny - things that were just meant to happen.

In an English Literature class, the professor said that many persons think the word 'nightingale' or the phrase 'cellar door' is the most beautiful in the English language.

Serendipity is the effect by which one accidentally discovers something fortunate, especially while looking for something else entirely.
For example, if you are in a store, looking for a hat, but instead, you meet a boyfriend!
My favorite word is probably "WINDOW". i just think it is nice to say

There's a lovely word in Devon, 'snarlygogs' - tiny bits of floating stuff, usually those little bits of sediment you find in the bottom of your beer.

I also like 'flotsam and jetsam', 'plinth', 'google' and 'sussurus'.
