i have been to the deliership to have my top end of my corrla cleaned a couple of months ago and its starting to do the same thing it did then again what causes it to keep getting clooged with crap

the mechanic uses some kind of cleaner he hooks up too the fuel line , with top end i mean the head ,valves and throttle body

Top end refers to your heads, which would point to your head cover ie within you valve covers and the ports that serve them. most likely has sludge. Something is in your oil Change it with detergent cleaning oil run for 1000 Miles then change again.

May be a fuel problem. If you just got the thing worked on then your filters should be good. So most likely a fuel problem.

Typically the top end would refer to the head of your engine, if its getting "clogged" you are getting taken, but if you are referring to something else say and air filter, change it yourself.
