y = -2x + 4/3
x/3 +(-2x +4/3)/2 = 1/3

x/3 - x + 2/3 = 1/3
-2x/3 = -1/3
-2x = -1
x = 1/2

y=-2(1/2) + 4/3
y= -1 + 4/3
y=1/3

multiply the second equation by 6 to get rid of fractions
2x+3y=2
(2x+y=4/3)-1 (multiplying by -1)

2x+3y=2
-2x-y=-4/3
-------------
2y=2/3
y=1/3
Now just plug this into any of your equations to find x.
