7 Original Stories/Archtypes?

I once heard all stories in the world fall into 7 archtypes. The first stories to use these archtypes are the 7 original stories.

What are these stories?

Good luck finding that out. I've heard a lot of today's stories basically can be traced back at least to Ancient Greece. And I doubt anyone has any idea how many stories from that period have been lost to history. Nor does anyone know how many stories from then can trace their roots back hundreds, even thousands, of years before then.
