Bush is killing the Constitution? Take a look at the liberals. One need not look further than Kelo vs. New London (2005) Supreme Court decision that has basically taken away your property rights. Then look at which justices assented and which dissented. THAT will tell you who is for the Constitution and who wants to destroy it.
