I had it in Feb 2006 and I do not regret it one bit!

Anything is "too big" if it is causing you any back or health issues.

Check with your health insurance directory first for plastic surgeons. Talk to at least three of them before deciding on who to do the surgery.

This site helped me out a lot before and after surgery:

I was a 38J and went to a 38C, five pounds taken off.

My only regret is not getting it done sooner.

Good luck you will NOT regret it!

If you've got any questions give me a shout.

my sister had her breasts reduced, and she said it was the best thing she's ever done. she says she doesn't have any back or neck pain and is able to run without getting tired right away. she just said the hardest part was trying to find a plastic surgeon she could trust.

You should definatly research this alot before going forward. Its like lasik. Definate results, but some scary side effects. Such as the "anchor scar" you will have from tissue removal and the risk of infection.

Breast reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called tour2india4health consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.
