i asked for opinions the other day-14 yr old 27 yr old man, and you all gave me great responses, the same thing that my best friend and I told her daughter. Now as fas as the police they are investigating, he was charged with contributing to the deliquency of a minor. Well in our state you have to be at least 18 to consent to sex, and if younger then the other party can only be 6 years older not to be a crime, he daughter by the way believes that he loves her, so she doesn't want him to get into trouble, well her mother thinks otherwise, alot do. My concern is a man went to prison just today for messing with a 14 year old boy, i believe a little more than 20 yrs. Seems like the law is different for girls......he took from her the same as the man took from the boy, thier innocents........Why is she considered a hot a-s little girl now

by the way im not the one calling her that, the guys friends are and so have some of the cops............................ she was only considered a runaway when the SOB helped to sneak her out of the house to take her to his house and take her virginity........

Yes her mother is pursuing charges but for now he is only being charged with contirbuting to del....of minor, she is trying to have him charge with statutory rape, indecent liberties with a minor, but the law says they have to investigate to bring forth more charges. I agree it is disgusting and it is driving her mother crazy. I told her to inform Social Services because i feel like if he can mess with a 14 year old then who is to say he can't mess with his own 1 year old daughter......He is sick, maybe i should suggest her mother involving the media...........He should not get away with a slap on the wrist.

Anybody that is over the age of 25 (at least) should inform themself about the risks of getting involved in any way with minors.

Putting aside ethics and morality (that's a whole nuther question) the legal ramifications of taking the chance cannot be justified.

If a 27 year old man is having relations of any kind with a 14 year old girl, there's a problem in the mix.

Yes, a man may have went to prison for having sexual relations with a 14 year old boy, however, the parents of the girl you're speaking of have to be the ones to file criminal charges against this man. That's just disgusting for a 27 year old man to be doing anything like that with a 14 year old girl. If her parents aren't doing anything about this, then they are just as low as he is in my opinion. I can guarantee that if someone ever were to do anything like that with my daughter, with or without her consent, and at that age, he would lose his manhood.

Advise your friend to get a lawyer and sue in civil court.

I find it repulsive that you would refer to a 14 yr old child as a "hot *** little girl."

Laws aren't always fair or just and neither is society.
