1 cm^3 = 1000 mm^3.
1 cm = 10mm, Since you're operating in three dimensions, you have 10x10x10 mm. That's 1000 mm^3.

If you're thinking of cubic centimeters to flat out millimeters, then you're stuck, buddy. You can't convert volume into length.
If you're thinking about milliLITERS, however, then it's simple. 1cc=1mL.
