SInce you already have a lot of drama with the pants (meaning drama i mean print), you'll want to tone it down with the rest of the outfit.
SHIRT- for the top, try a nice white top. It could be anything from a polo to a blazer, but not anything too casual.
SHOES-you should definately opt for something fahionable to give your outfit a "Hollywood" vibe. Try white sandals to match the white top.
Also, to give your look a sexy sense of "clean", spritz on a really nice cologne.

Well depending on your sex and fit. If they are tight and you're a girl, you can try a slim black belt to go over the pants also a medium size white blouse. Or you can use the belt and a solid color ruffle blouse. Both can be finished off with nice pumps.
If you are a guy, white shirt tucked, good shoes, can't go wrong. The girl next to you can complete the vagas vibe.

i will take you question serious here are some cool tops and button down shirts i think would like radiant and cool site are below white polo or black polo maybe even grays and same goes with the button downs but here are some site for you to look out have fun.

depends on the kind of stripes...(fat stripes,thin stripes)
but for a guy, I suggest a collared shirt,maybe in black,white,dark blue or something.

anything with color to it. solid or a pattern. matte or a shine to it too.
you can even go with a crisp solid color button down shirt- even bright white.
i would bring in color. maybe a royal blue or a maroon or jewel red color.
