At this time I don't think that any Caribbean nation has a satellite aloft. But, given a little time, the Bahamas should get there, no problem mon.

I couldn't find exactly what you asked for, but this may help you. NASA offers a feature in which you can track satellites that NASA has a record of. I didn't see any from any Caribbean nations but you may find it interesting.
