Yes.
The Nightmare before Christmas in 3D was pretty awesome.

After watching it I realized that the technology is totally there to incorporate 3D movie experiences at home. Just include the glasses with the DVD, and select it as an option on the menu.

...I haven't seen any of the recent digitized 3-D films, but the best 3-D film that I've seen, based on the old technology, was the 1953 version of "House of Wax"; the 3-D effects were so mesmerizingly seamless and natural...an ironic observation, considering that the director of the film, Andre De Toth, was blind in one eye.

The 3-D effect in "Friday the 13th Part 3" (1982) were fairly impressive, and probably the best thing about THAT film!!!
