I seriously don't consider a woman to be "lazy" if she bought food in from the local supermarket.
I would consider a man to be "extremely lazy" if he depends on his wife or girlfriend to prepare for him something!!!!!

no, it could mean that she has a life and has better things to do then cook food that might not turn out right and have everybody complain that it tastes horrible when if its store bought at least there is an excuse for the taste and less embarassment. I think some store bought food is better in the first place. Some people just down right cant cook.
And a question for you. WHAT IF IT WAS A MAN? Does it have to be a woman who brings the food?

Homecooked is traditional in our family but if the lady had to come a long way, if she works, and some other things, it would be forgivable.

Not if she got up at 6, threw in a load of towels, dressed the pre-schoolers, dropped them off at daycare, went to work, picked the kids up from daycare, went to the store with them and picked up the offending item, brought it home, cleaned up the kids, and attended the get together....
You need to learn to say two small words, my boy:
"Thank you."
Do you find it lazy that nowhere in this scenario are any of the actions executed by the husband?

Not at all, some people are very busy and cannot sit infront of the oven for hours! Store bought food can be just as good.

Nope, in today's world, people are so much busier and you can buy some fantastic store brought food, it's not necessary to cook home cooked food all the time.

Yes if she is capable of bringing home-cooked food; only she buys it from the store instead to make it easier on herself.

No - she is most likely too busy to stay home to bake. If she works full time, plus has a family I can totally understand why she would just pick something up at the store.

No.It does not matter what the meal is,the most important aspect of a meal is spending time with your family. The meal can be homemade, store bought or a mixture of both.Memories are built on time we share with those we love not upon what we eat. Lazy,no way, it is time management.

Not really, because not everybody knows how to cook and some people might not like the person cooking. Buying food is just easy because it pleases everyone.
