Have a bottle race. Put pop, water, juice...anything in a bottle and have a race to see who can drink it fastest with the nipple that is.
Also get some clothes pins and everybody gets one, well whenever you hear someone say the word "baby" you steal their clothes pin...most at the end of the shower wins a prize.
Another Ive seen is get some yarn or string and everyone cuts off how much they think it will take to go completely around moms pregnant belly...closest wins a prize!
Get a nice gift, wrap it and when mom is opening all the shower gifts every time she says the word "cute" the nice gift gets passed...but only when she says "cute". Then whoever has it last gets to keep it!
Last one, get 15 baby items...like diaper, rattle, bugger sucker, brush, bottle, ANYTHING! And put them each inside a brown paper bag and staple it shut. Then label the bags 1-15, give everyone paper and pen and they have to guess whats inside by only touching/squeezing the outside of the bag. Whoever has the most correct wins a prize.

Hope these help!!

clothesline game is fun. you get a bunch of baby clothes and clothespins, a pretend baby and a phone and then time each person to hold the baby while talking on the phone and hanging the laundry. have 2 of the women hold a long string to pin the clothes on. everyone tries to beat the time. it's pretty funny.
there's always the classic "guess what's in the diaper" game. get 6 -8 different candy bars and smoosh them in the diaper. everyone has to guess which candy bar it is.

Why not have a treasure hunt? My mom did it for me and everyone has said it was the best game they have ever played. You just write down a list of things for them to find in riddles and then hide them all over the yard/house. Baby booties, diapers, bottles, blankets, rattles, powder, shampoo, toys, etc. That way the mother to be will have a lot of stuff for her baby.

This isn't really a game you can play but its good for first time moms! Its called diaper bonanza, Everyone brings either diapers or wipes and u put every ones name in a basket...only the ones that brought diapers or wipes! Then who ever's name you draw gets a prize! You could buy a candle or picture frame something little like that!

i had a baby shower for my friends daughter and made up a "baby bingo" game first i made up like a bingo card and ran off a bunch of copies on the copy machine and wrote down things that related to babies--- like diapers,gowns,onesies,t-shirts,bibs,blankets,bottles, cribs ,you get the idea and placed these items randomly on the bingo cards no 2 alike and the cut out the names on strips of paper and folded and placed in a bowl.you call the things out like you would numbers in a bingo game, you have a free space too and you can use candy like skittles or m&ms to cover with and have prizes to give the winner .it is fun.good luck.

There's one with a bowl of uncooked rice and a bunch of those tiny gold safety pins. You put the pins in the rice and blindfold the guest. They have to see how many pins they can pull out of the rice in 30 seconds or 1 minute, however you like to play. It's fun, and harder than it sounds.

Have everyone sit in a circle and then let each person, in turn, come up with a possible name for the baby in alphabetical order. The first person may say "Aaron." The next person might say "Betty," etc.

I try to avoid games (too shy!), but I do know of a fun one. Clip a clothespin to each guests' shirt sleeve, pocket, or collar. Explain that if anyone says the word "baby," whoever hears them say it can take their clothespins. (i.e. if someone who has collected 8 clothespins says "baby," whoever hears them gets to take all 8 clothespins.) Whoever has collected the most clothespins at the end, wins.
