I am trying to evict a rent to own tenant on many grounds the greatest is extensive damage to home. I have pics of home before purshase yet more video will they allow me to show and I have pictures of home now and would like to show video of that It would be on a digital video camera. The tenant is not living in home just refuses to give up possession now.

all of the house payment/rent is not paid up and there is no signed agreement because tenant refuses to sign, the only clause in RTO agreement about damage is house must be returned in same shape it is recieved

yes..have they paid all there rent? if so is there a clause in there regarding property damage? have you consulted an atty? if they havent paid rent you may be able to get rid of them more based on that and abandonment..then go after them for the repairs

It depends on the judge. Call the court house where your case is going to be heard and find out who is handling it. Then ask to speak to the judge's assistant, explain the situation and ask if you can show video. Ask if any equipment is available at the court house for you to use, or if you are expected to bring your own.

That will be up to the judge. Be sure to have stills printed out if he doesn't allow you to use the video.
