"Where's my jugular vein"? I was only a kid, coming home from school, when a weird neighbor asked me this. I ran home and asked my dad what the guy meant and he called an ambulance before going over to help the guy, who was using a knife and razor blade on himself. Never seen him again, and haven't been asked the question since!

O.O I went loopy when I circled and observed them, she hadn't even kissed somebody before!

a dude pulled up in his car and asked for a cigarette,the man had no arms and was driving with his feet.he put his foot out the window and took it with his foot,the whole episode was very strange!!
