Who said "Fear far more the media for they will destroy you" or similar words. One entry in Google suggests it was Mark Twain but it did not look authentic. Can anyone confirm or correct?

The main stream media only tell you part of the story. Why do you think they want to pass the unfairness doctrine. We got our information from talk radio and internet. We are kept in the dark for a reason, they certainly don't want us to connect the dots and figure out what the government is up to.

this is also the guy who said that the 'media is the message' and other clever phrases like that.
