Some linguist interpret this way, others dispute it, because--"the same sign can, according to context, be interpreted in diverse ways: as a phonogram (phonetic reading), as a logogram, or as an ideogram (semagram; "determinative") (semantic reading)."

The Egyptians had gods who had the heads of crocodiles, hawks, ibis and jackals, so what would an alien look like exactly? Also archaeologists have discovered the homes of the labourers who built the pyramids as well as detailed evidence showing how the workers were paid and the fact that they once went on strike (they weren’t slaves). If you read the bible Gabriel with wings of shining gold appearing before the shepherds could be interpreted a number of ways especially if the text wasn’t so well know. The hieroglyphs are well translated and there is no mention of aliens; Atlantis, Yes; gods Yes; strange concepts and ideas, Yes; but no aliens.

This isn't real. People who believe this are called "Pyramidiots." The Egyptians made their accomplishments on their own. They build their own pyramids as well. The building of the pyramids was a gradual progression. First, the kings were buried in low, square tombs made out of brick called "mastabas." Then, an architect named Imhotep decided to use stone to build a mastaba for the pharaoh Djoser. Imhotep then thought it would be a good idea to build a smaller square tomb on top of the first, and a smaller one, and a smaller one, until the Step Pyramid was built. About a hundred years later, another architect decide to smooth out the sides to make a true pyramid shape when building a new tomb.

I've seen some of those hieroglyphs that are supposed to show the alien influence, or time travel, or helicopters. The people who are making these alien claims don't know how to read hieroglyphs and they are misinterpreting them.

I'd be wary of taking anything from a "conspiracy" website as the gospel truth. The best lies have a little truth thrown in.
But the idea that ancient civilizations had contact with extra terrestrials has been around for a while. The book "Chariots of the Gods" had lots of interesting theories (that's all they are) about artifacts and ruins all over the world.
A lot of these theories come from different interpretations of glyphs and ancient writings. "Chariot of fire" for example, it's easy to imagine that as being an ancient human's description of a jet plane or a spaceship, or it could just be a chariot of fire or a metaphor for something else.
The "pyramids too advanced" idea comes from some people having trouble with the idea that people in the past may have been starter than we are. Just because we can't do it or it's hard for us doesn't mean it's impossible.

Have you been talking to Jack O'Neill or Daniel Jackson again? ;-D

I like to imagine that aliens once visited Egypt and give impression that they were gods/goddesses because of they well advanced knowledge and technology.

I'll say never say never.... we are all aliens. Some would have claimed Jesus was one too or a very very clever magician.

We all have our own theories, conspiracies and beliefs... there is no *real* answer just what we have discovered. We are still finding new things about this world...

Like most conspiracy theories, they show only what they want you to see, never in context, never with the other side.

Assume fake until you see the official descriptions and documents from professional Egyptologists.

Their descriptions of such hieroglyphs are just as interesting and far more reasonable. I don't mean more "acceptable". I mean that they look at all sides,...

...not just the weird ones that support their own pre-decided outcome.

I believe it could have some bearing...The film Stargate first brought this up and its fact that the Pyramids were way before theyre time..So why isnt it possible then that we were once ruled by a higher power..

Their drawing have convince me that they are true.......... But it was not just their drawing but the drawings that also exist on the walls where cavemen use to live.... And the designs on India artifacts... And some designs on American Indians totem poles as well as those designs in the Peruvians mountains in South America.. As well as the drawing done by the Aborigines on rocks and mountains located in Australia..............................

I believe it is true. They still haven't figured out how they built the pyramids by hand or how stonehedge was built. What about crop circles? This universe is so big that we cannot comprehend that. Who knows what is out there, but I believe we are not alone.
