With all this controversy about what has happened to Madeliene, it would be interesting to see a police point of view.
I myself think there is something very strange about the whole case. Gerry McCann is a weird man, and all the stories that are coming out just contradict each other.
If any bobbies on here have been keeping up to date with the McCann Q&As i would like to know what they think.

My answer is very similar to Babyshambles. We also know a couple of policemen. They've stated that Kate appears to be genuinely suffering but that Gerry does not come across as genuine. Surely someone who works in the police could answer this question anonymously?

I just pray to God that this child is not suffering. This all started with her and somehow we have got lost here. OK the parents are soooo not normal I think but it's a wee lass they lost here. I have lost dogs and my purse but never a child ! Her Dad knows more than he is letting on but how do we get him to admit that ? We can't. I just hope he get's what he reaps.

Just alot of speculation all over. police are all mum about the case, they say 'the net is closing in' but honestly, i believe they are no closer to solving this case as day one.

What a good question, I am interested to see if you get some replies but I very much doubt that they are allowed to answer questions on an ongoing enquiry.

My brother is a bobby and says parent are really unfortunate, they are scapegoats. He disagrees with me though and thinks Murat is very suspicious indeed, as are the police out there. He won't say much more, he thinks it is nothing unusual in an abduction case

Im not a police man, but Im sick of hearing about Madeliene. Now dont get me wrong, Im not cold hearted. But children go missing everyday of the week, and NOTHING is on the news for them. Plus Madelienes parents put her in the position of being taken.
I just dont understand ALL the fuss for one girl.

As much as a UK police officer would like to comment, they are not allowed to make any comments publicity on any stories or cases pending further investigations.

No-one is even thinking about it anymore. Police wouldn't comment i am sure.
