I have a red, suede Coach purse. It has a few stains on it. I believe they are food stain. I believe some juice from barbequed steak fell on my purse. How do I get it out?

Some suede garmets are washable, but some can only be sponged or dry-cleaned. Check the care label. If you decide to clean suede, Test any detergent or product you plan to use in an unconspicuous area first. Dry-clean all the pieces of the suede oufit at one time beacause the suede will change color during the cleaning process. Rub suede occasionally witha suede brush or another piece of suede. To protect the finish, spray on a special suede fabric protecter or have one professionally applied.

I used to have a small bottle of suede cleaner that came with a brush for my suede shoes that worked fairly well. I found in where you buy shoe polishes. You might want to try that.
