I also see the problem, you're using tables for layouts, have a read of this site http://www.hotdesign.com/seybold/ (that's assuming you'd like to move on from the 90's), webdesign has moved on over the years.

I can see a few things - When viewing the source of the entire page.. You don't have a document type heading so some browsers will fail to render the page properly. What i'm describing looks like this and goes before the tag:

Another thing in the improper use of the

tag within a table column - this type of tag should be used as an external container for layout with the tables inside of it

then you can use the style="positioning" attribute within the Division layer to place your images and text anywhere on the page..

    check into this at http://www.w3schools.com/css

The site is great by the way - just needs a little refinement

    I see the problem

Because the table with the links and picture is so big, and there are only two rows, thus each row takes up half the page. therefore the second row(with the links) is halfway down the page. Try defining the first rows height like:

...

or somthin similar

i no i can b confusing so feel free to email with any other probs

have a nice day :)

Egads... different than for the website being way too busy, your JavaScript on the website seems to be conflicting or monopolizing the website. you could no longer even maximum suitable click on the website to get the context menu. If I disable JavaScript, i'm able to kind interior the container wonderful. The balloon stops shifting around, so as which would be one place to start finding.
