that is a very good question, i never thought of that! i love barry bonds but i think you might be right because if he did brake the record people who don't support him and believe that he uses roids will acsually start liking him......but if your right, then he won't brake the record. but i gotta tell ya this is a very clever question, love it.

I never thought of that - but that very well could be the case. But I do have to say one thing - Roids might help bonds hit the ball further out of the park, and make certain hits that have been doubles into HR, but in no way do ROIDS make someone a better baseball player. How does Roids help you hit a 95mph fastfall? He might be taking roids, but he's still a great player - too bad he's comprimised the integrity of the game.
With that said - I also think he might be experiencing fatigue or some sort of instability because of roid withdrawl. I wonder if they will really test him anytime soon or if he will every get caught. Good question. Hope this helps.

i've got faith that the only participant who ought to probable smash Bonds' seventy 3 single season domicile run record is Albert Pujols. right here is why, he has complete 40+ homers for the final 5 years in a row and purely perhaps if he has a breakout twelve months he can smash Bonds' seventy 3 record.

Nobody has ever doubted Bonds natural ability to hit a baseball a very long way. Even the charter members of the Bonds B Gone Club will concede that point.
Steroids don't help Bond's hit the proverbial 95mph fastball which only a total idiot pitcher would throw to him in the strike zone.
Steroids by increasing muscle mass not only allow an older player to avoid injury but allows him to recover more quickly when he does get injured.
Take away 2000 ab's from Bonds due to age and injury and we aren't talking about Bonds chasing Ruths or Aaron anymore.
The Ancient Greeks would have loved the Bonds tragedy;
Without steroids Bonds would have easily gotten into the Hall of Fame;Because of steroids he'll have to buy a ticket like the rest of us.

Hes 42 years old, with a bum knee. Roids or no roids, he breaking down due to age.
And trust me, if he is taking 'roids, hes got the money to get the state of the art steroids that no one can catch yet.

He's a total embarrassment to the game - just ask Hank Aaron and others who really about the game's integrity...Many others are just as dirty, but because HGH is presently not part of the drug testing, those taking HGH-type designer drugs are able to fly under the radar...
Bonds has not been clean since he played for the Pirates, when his hat size was 6 7/8 instead of 8 5/8.

So...now the Bonds haters are mad because he isn't breaking the record fast enough?
This is a dumb question. I understand you had to throw it in here so that you could take advantage of Barry's 0 for 20 slump, and get yourself crowned King for the Day among the Bonds Hater Squad but maybe...just maybe he's slumping becuase he has the pressure of the sports world on him right now. This isnt 3,000 hits or 500 saves here...it's the biggest accomplishment in all of sports history.

Let's keep in mind that Barry is 42 years old and sometimes age catches up to athletes. Also please remember he went through a similar slump when by passing 70 home runs a couple of years back. If everybody is going to say Barry is on steroids, then let's look David Ortiz, Manny Ramirez and a few others. Keep in ,ind that ball parks got smaller and pitching got worse due to the expansion era.

No. He developed immunity and they have stopped working. Right now, he's shopping for something different that would be considered "gray area." And by the way, in the words of Barry Bonds, if you don't know him personally, how can you judge him? I guess word from the people who do know him gets around.

Name someone, anyone who is or ahs been an A-rated player in baseball who have never been in a slump. It is simply what it is. A slump. Nothing to do with 'roids. It has more to do with age. He is not a young man anymore.
