a squire bass (pete wentz siginature)
and it needs to be 400-500 watts because i already have a band ready. i heard under $100 is cheap quality so about $150 is good. any suggestions?

About the only amp you will be able to get for that kind of money is a practice amp.
Try pawn shops or the classifieds.
There is always equipment for sale by people who thought they were musicians and found out otherwise.
