Hi i am just wondering how long you people on y! answers have your period for if ya a woman. is it also ok to have bright dark red blood, as menstrual blood

blood is either bright or it's dark, the two together create an oxymoron and make no sense. How long a woman's period lasts is individual and based on many variables, but I would say an average would be seven days.

My period last 5-7 days and yes its ok to have bright red and dark red menstrual blood.
