Sure, you can choose any middle name you want to for a child. But I guess it would be a bit weird, how would you feel having Thomas as a middle name?
Anyway, middle names starting with "I" or "O" will flow well with the middle sounds in Lily-rose.
Something like:
Lily-rose Imogen
Lily-rose Indiana
Lily-rose Iris
Lily-rose Isabella/ Isabelle
Lily-rose Isadora
Lily-rose Ivy
Lily-rose Olivia
As for Ayden, middle names starting with "D" will flow well with the middle sounds.
Something like:
Ayden Dale
Ayden Darcy
Ayden David
Ayden Dominic
Ayden Darby
Ayden Delroy
Ayden Denver
Hope that helps! :)

I think Lily-rose Marie sounds good. Lily-rose Kathryn? Now I like Ayden James and Hayley Jade, (my granddaughter). But still cute with a boy's middle name but not a girl name for a boy, ever. Kids get teased so much and I've met many an adult who refuses to tell their middle name for fear of ridicule. My 9 yr old grandson today told me he just found out his dad's middle name, Stanley, and he laughed and laughed. Don't know why but he and his friend found that hilarious. His step-dad's is Garrett; I love that name. Ayden Garrett? Good luck!

Names for Lily-Rose could be Joy, Mae, Marie, or Rae.
Ayden James, Ayden John, Ayden Thomas (go for something classic since Ayden is unusual). My cousin just had a girl named Ava, and the baby's middle name is Michael (Ava Michael Aurori). Her parent's thought it was dopey but she loves it.

OH dont saddle the child with a name they have to explain all their life.. Jamie would work for James, and Ayden could be either. Lily-Rose is beautiful. but you have to be the one who likes it..and maybe when the baby is born, none of the names you have picked will fit. When you see your little one for the first time, you will know what to name it.....

I really like ayden. And I love the way you spelled it. I really like unique names. Maybe Ayden Wyatt. I really like Ayden Bleu or Blue. And I like doing the girl/boy names. My brother's favorite girl's name is James. And I'm starting to like it more. So go for it. It's creative and new. Congrats.
