If we're locking up anyone who has had known dealings with terrorists and locking them up in Guantanomo, did they dig up Ronald Reagan and fly him down there? He admitted to trading arms to Iran (a deal made while he was a private citizen) after all.
Are they making Ollie North share a cell with him?

My point is that the United States has done much to support dictators and terrorists. Anywhere in the world that a knife fight breaks out. we're there selling one side (maybe both sides) a gun. We supported Osama Bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, in Reagan's case Ayatollah Khomeini, etc, etc. So maybe, just maybe the way to piece is not perpetual military escalation.
Unfortunately there's big money to be made in war profiteering.
My other point is that Bush is locking up and torturing people for associating with terrorists which is exactly what Reagan himself did when he traded arms for hostages (and then lied about it).
