spray some WD 40 inside the distributor itself and hit with the hair drier for about 5 mins. the spray a little in the distributor cap and wipe it out with paper towels. usually when moisture keeps showing up under the cap the actual distributor is where the water is and every time you run the engine it boils the water and it then condenses on the inside of the cap over and over. good luck
PS you may want to replace the cap and rotor.

How is the moisture getting in there?
In some climates where temps change abruptly, it can happen via condensation, which is tough to deal with if the cap/distributor design doesn't seal well.
If you have a lot of rain and puddles to drive through, the only solution might be to prevent water from splashing onto the distributor cap. Was there a shield over the cap that has been removed, or is it missing a splash pan or deflector under the engine?
You'd better hope it's not seeping up through the shaft bearing from inside the oil sump!

Sounds like the cap isn't seating correctly. WD-40 is a water replacement and will dry it out. Also, try a little Vaseline on the rim where the cap seats to help seal it.
Have you tried replacing the cap? It may be cracked, letting in the moisture. Worse case, the distributor may be warped and need replacing.
GOOD luck

Go to the local auto parts store and get a new cap, somewhere there is a hairline crack that is letting moisture in should be less than $15. Just make sure you transfer the wires to the right place

Replace it. Your local dodge dealership sells a tune-up kit that contains the cap, rotor, and plug wires. The part# is spc52590aa and it sells for $58.35
